Our Story

The San Francisco Road Runners Club (SFRRC) is one of San Francisco’s largest running communites, bringing together people of all backgrounds and paces through a shared love of movement. Founded in 2001 to create an inclusive, supportive space where runners can connect, SFRRC has grown into a vibrant social and athletic hub in one of the world’s most iconic cities for running. Together, members chase personal goals, overcome challenges, and simply enjoy their passion of running together.

We Value

Kindness - Cultivating a warm, supportive community of friends who love running

Inclusivity – Welcoming of everyone regardless of background, experience, age or pace

Growth – Passionate runners who strive to achieve goals and make real progress
